Torexbit Refund Policy
Effective Date: 1st May 2025
Torexbit provides a secure platform for users to exchange cryptocurrency for local fiat currency and vice versa. Due to the nature of digital asset transactions and compliance obligations, refunds are handled carefully and are only provided under specific, verified circumstances.
Crypto-to-Fiat Transactions
All crypto-to-fiat transactions completed on Torexbit are final and non-refundable once the cryptocurrency has been successfully transferred to Torexbit’s wallet address and confirmed on the blockchain. This is due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions.
No refunds will be issued in the following cases:
- User sends cryptocurrency to the wrong address.
- User initiates a transaction with incorrect details (e.g., wrong amount or wallet address).
- Market price fluctuation after transaction initiation.
Fiat-to-Crypto Transactions
When users deposit fiat to purchase cryptocurrency:
- Torexbit will only process the crypto release after verifying the fiat deposit.
- Once crypto is sent to the user’s designated wallet address, the transaction is final and non-reversible.
- The user made an incorrect deposit (e.g., wrong amount, duplicate deposit).
- There is evidence of a system or banking error.
- The user’s verification or KYC process failed, and the account cannot be activated.
Refunds for fiat deposits may be considered before the crypto is disbursed, under the following conditions:
Failed or Delayed Withdrawals
In rare cases where a fiat or crypto withdrawal fails due to system error or bank/network issues:
Users must report the issue within 48 hours.
Torexbit will investigate and resolve the issue within 7–14 business days.
Refunds (if applicable) will be made in the original currency or equivalent market value.
Chargebacks and Disputes
Torexbit does not tolerate fraudulent chargebacks. Any chargeback initiated without legitimate cause may result in:
Account suspension
Blacklisting from future platform use
Reporting to financial authorities where applicable
If you believe a chargeback is warranted, please contact support first before initiating it through your bank or card provider.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund (only applicable in eligible fiat-related cases):
Email support@torexbits.com with the subject line: Refund Request – [Your Transaction ID]
Include:
Full name and account email
Transaction details (date, amount, currency)
Reason for the refund
Any supporting documentation
Wait for a response within 3 business days. Processing time may take up to 14 business days.
Policy Updates
Torexbit reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time to reflect changes in legal, regulatory, or operational requirements. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any revised terms.
